Shipping Policy
Most orders ship via USPS, however USPS may use another carrier such as UPS or DHL for final delivery. Once your order has shipped, please allow 2-5 business days (Standard Delivery) for your order to arrive. Orders require 1-2 business days to process before being shipped. During the holiday season, orders may take an additional business day for standard delivery.
All orders $49 and under incur a flat rate of $5.99 (standard shipping) via USPS. All orders over $49 ship for free within the U.S. (standard shipping).
International
We ship to some countries outside of the U.S. and Canada. Please email us your order directly at [email protected] and we will respond and include an estimated shipping & handling cost. Please note that it is the buyer’s responsibility to cover any applicable duties and taxes associated with shipping internationally.
Return Policy
Products purchased directly from our web site may be returned unopened within 30 days of receipt of your order for a full refund less shipping. Please email [email protected] to request an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number).
